Wondering how to order one of our products in store, but also want it made to your own design? Let us guide you through the ordering process and the easiest communication!
Once you like a product from our collection, you have the option to order it as you see it directly through our online store, or if you wish we can customize it for you. If you want a completely new design that we don’t have, we can make it any way you want.
This can happen in several ways in our online store. Depending on which method is most convenient for you, you can choose:
Through the contact form under each item or on the “Contacts” page Each of the listed contact forms has the possibility to attach a file and a descriptive field in which you can describe to us the personalization you want.
Through Messenger You can write to us through Messenger – the blue circle at the bottom right of your screen
Through Viber You can write us directly on Viber on the phone provided below at our contacts 0899 86 7491.

In your explanation, it would be very helpful for both parties to include:
photo/file (we work best with PNG, CorelDraw and Photoshop);
size information, we have the following numbers:
Color information (we are working on ADDING AVAILABLE COLOR INFORMATION);
Information about the production method, offering printing on textiles or embroidery.
This information would facilitate communication, and if additional questions arise we will ask them. Please remember that we are here to assist you and make your idea a reality.
Once we receive the necessary information and confirm the final design within the day, we will begin the production of your order. The process takes 2 to 3 working days. We will then ship the product to the address you provided.
We work with courier companies Speedy and Econt. Delivery is at your discretion to an address or to an office and is covered by you, except in the case of larger orders over BGN 99.
If the product you have chosen is for a gift for a special someone, we can offer packaging to suit your occasion. If not, we will pack it in our branded standard packaging and that is how you will receive it. Representation and your satisfaction when you receive your order is important to us.
